1. Cancellation Notice

o Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled lesson will receive an option to reschedule at no additional charge.

o Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

o In the case of emergencies (e.g., medical emergencies, family emergencies, etc.), you will have the option reschedule at no additional charge.

o In the event of extreme weather conditions (e.g., thunderstorms, heavy snow, etc.) that could pose a safety risk, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your session at no charge. You will be notified as early as possible to arrange an alternative date or time.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the services provided, all sales are final.

No Refund for Unused Sessions

Unused portions of prepaid packages or sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual or rescheduled within the policy guidelines.

3. Rescheduling Policy

o If you need to reschedule your session, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours will be subject to the same fees as cancellations.

o Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time slot, but this is not guaranteed.
